A company is looking for an Affiliate/Influencers/Creators Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit and manage high-performing creators and influencers
• Craft pitches and lead onboarding processes tailored for creators
• Analyze creator performance data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Strong existing network of creators or influencers
• Deep understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems
• Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms and social analytics tools
