Affiliate Manager, Men's & Wellness

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Manager, Mens & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven roadmap to scale editorial content and affiliate sales for Men's or Wellness categories
• Collaborate with the affiliate/editorial team to secure affiliate-driven editorial coverage that drives sales and enhances brand sentiment
• Compile and deliver weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports focusing on revenue targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, and/or affiliate marketing, preferably in Men's apparel/lifestyle or Wellness brands
• Experience using affiliate platforms; direct experience with Impact Radius is a plus
• Preferred experience with SEO monitoring tools, such as AHREFS or SEMRush
• Experience managing publisher partnerships and deploying paid budgets against ROAS goals
• Flexibility to adapt to a start-up-like environment and shifting priorities to support business goals
