Affiliate Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Associate to manage and execute their global affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including onboarding and campaign management
• Recruit and activate new affiliate partners while managing relationships with existing partners
• Analyze affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to support program strategy

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in DTC or subscription services
• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and experience with affiliate platforms
• Experience using analytics tools to analyze performance
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with global or international affiliate programs
