Affiliate Marketing Associate
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Affiliate Marketing Associate, this remote position will manage the sourcing, onboarding, and optimization of affiliate partners to enhance one of Monarch's key acquisition channels while collaborating cross-functionally to improve conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Source and onboard new affiliate partners using various marketing tools
- Manage day-to-day communication with partners and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Monitor partner performance and recommend optimizations to increase Free Trial Starts and subscriptions
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, preferably Impact
- Basic data analysis skills, including ad-hoc reporting and performance tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for partner outreach
- A curious and resourceful mindset, comfortable in a startup environment
