Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to manage day-to-day affiliate activities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recruit influencers based on content and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns tailored to affiliate influencers
• Manage and grow the Rakuten program while monitoring sales to meet revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, eCommerce, or related fields
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as LTK and Rakuten is a plus
• Passion for online shopping and social media
