Affiliate Marketing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Affiliate Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the affiliate marketing program to generate high-quality leads
• Manage affiliate partnerships from prospecting to performance management, ensuring impact and transparency
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and optimize ROI and lead quality

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, preferably in the home services sector
• Hands-on experience with major lead generation platforms and affiliate tracking systems
• Strong technical proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, BI dashboards, Excel)
• Experience in structuring and scaling CPL/CPA-based campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field preferred
