Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate programs end to end, including strategy, commission structures, and performance tracking
• Identify, onboard, and optimize partnerships across various categories while managing CPA negotiations
• Source and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships for consumer or e-commerce brands
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks such as CJ, Rakuten, or Refersion
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing influencer partnerships
• Experience with deal site and coupon platform relationships
• Familiarity with attribution tools and performance data interpretation
