Affiliate Marketing Lead

Job Summary

Owning the affiliate program and community-driven growth efforts, the full-time salaried Affiliate Marketing Lead will recruit publishers, manage performance, and enhance Lemonaid's presence on platforms like Reddit and Quora to drive patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Run and scale the affiliate program, including recruiting and vetting publisher partners, optimizing routing, and monitoring compliance
• Build and execute strategies for community engagement on Reddit and Quora to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition
• Monitor affiliate quality and compliance, track performance metrics, and maintain communication with publisher partners

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or community-driven growth in a DTC or health/wellness environment
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, Impact, or CJ
• Familiarity with Reddit and Quora, including understanding of their content norms and marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and performance reporting
• Understanding of TCPA compliance and telemarketing regulations related to affiliate marketing
