Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part time Affiliate Manager to help grow its affiliate and influencer program.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, partners, and influencers in the tactical gear and preparedness space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and performance
• Develop and execute affiliate promotions and campaigns that drive results

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience managing affiliate programs or similar partnership-based roles
• Proven ability to build partnerships and drive affiliate or partner revenue
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience or strong interest in tactical gear, CBRN, survival, or emergency preparedness markets
• Military, law enforcement, or first responder background is a plus but not required
