Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their affiliate marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage an affiliate marketing strategy tailored for digital creators
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, brands, and networks
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance while providing content strategy recommendations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnership management, preferably in DTC, eComm, or wellness/CPG sectors
• Proven experience closing high-value affiliate deals and scaling partner programs
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms
• Leadership or team management experience preferred
