Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of a creator-focused affiliate and influencer program
• Serve as a primary point of contact for creator-related workflows and client meetings
• Oversee tracking setup, reporting processes, and monitor performance trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and influencer platforms
• Strong client service mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with performance reporting and operational program management
• Familiarity with retail or creator-led commerce programs is a plus
