• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with Operations and Sales to align strategies with revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in crypto or forex affiliate partnerships
• Strong network of affiliate managers at leading crypto exchanges and broker networks
• Hands-on experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Fluency with affiliate tracking platforms and attribution models
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization
