Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To drive growth and performance in the health and wellness vertical, the remote Affiliate Manager will manage affiliate partnerships, recruit high-performing affiliates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates and publishers within the Health & Wellness space
• Monitor affiliate activity, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Health & Wellness or related verticals
• Strong existing network of affiliate publishers, media buyers, and industry contacts
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking solutions (e.g., Everflow, Impact, Partnerize)
• Professional fluency in English
