Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To build and scale a high-performing affiliate program, the part-time contractor Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partnerships, recruit affiliates, negotiate terms, and optimize performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across various networks and direct relationships
• Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates, including health bloggers and wellness creators
• Negotiate commission structures and monitor compliance and brand safety across affiliate placements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs, either brand side or agency
• Direct experience with at least one major affiliate network (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ)
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures
• Experience in recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale
• Familiarity with fraud detection and compliance monitoring in affiliate channels
