Affiliate Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategic growth and performance of affiliate programs, the full-time remote Affiliate Marketing Manager will manage partner acquisition, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI across multiple brands and markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize affiliate marketing strategies while managing relationships with high-performing affiliates
- Conduct analyses on partner ROI and campaign performance, collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives
- Oversee forecasting and budget management for affiliate-driven acquisitions, producing reports on program KPIs and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably on the advertiser or performance marketing side
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking and attribution systems, such as Income Access and Partnerize
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI modeling and partner profitability analysis
- Technical fluency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
