A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketer to manage and scale their Creator Partner / Content Affiliate Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and timely payments
• Manage affiliate tooling and infrastructure, continuously improving measurement quality
• Analyze program performance and optimize against core success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related fields, preferably in e-commerce or startups
• Experience managing content-driven or creator-led affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of attribution models and performance-based compensation
• Proven ability to recruit and manage a large number of external partners
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring key performance metrics
