Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and make data-backed recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven success in managing performance-based affiliate programs that generate revenue
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ)
• Strong analytical skills to present data that informs client strategy
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple client programs simultaneously
