Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing affiliate program, the full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage promo codes and tracking links, monitor partner activity for compliance, and coordinate promotional offers across teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of affiliate promo codes and tracking links, including setup, QA, and troubleshooting
• Monitor partner activity for brand compliance and coordinate resolutions for any violations
• Own performance reporting and assist in developing forecasting methodologies and goals

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Prior understanding of digital marketing channels with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in AI tools for drafting communications and analyzing data
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Analytical thinker with a keen interest in marketing attribution and incrementality
