Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Motivated to drive growth, the full-time Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage affiliate and partner accounts on impact.com, recruit new affiliates, and monitor program performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end affiliate and partner accounts, including onboarding and troubleshooting on impact.com
• Recruit and vet new affiliates and influencers targeting the US market, focusing on the mom and baby space
• Monitor program performance metrics and ensure competitive commission rates aligned with industry standards

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital partnerships
• Hands-on experience with impact.com or similar affiliate platforms
• Solid understanding of US affiliate market rates and benchmarks for baby products and family lifestyle categories
• Ability to analyze data, pull reports, and communicate performance trends effectively
• Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and internal reporting
