Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing affiliate program, the remote Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize partnerships, drive revenue through performance-based initiatives, and leverage data analytics to enhance program outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including recruiting and developing relationships with affiliate partners
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and prepare reports for senior leadership
• Ensure all partner-facing materials are compliant and support affiliates with resources and training to maximize performance

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
