Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of the Affiliate Network, the full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist will operate the Commission Junction platform, manage agency relationships, and drive program performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign setup, tracking, creative assets, commission structures, and reporting on the Commission Junction platform
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with publishers to enhance program performance and secure premium placements
• Identify growth opportunities within affiliate networks and optimize commission structures and promotional strategies

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on managing affiliate agencies like CJ
• Solid understanding of affiliate economics, including EPC, commission tiers, and incrementality
• Proven ability to recruit and grow a publisher base effectively
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data from affiliate networks and BI tools
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana and familiarity with Google Sheets
