Job Summary

Seeking a data-driven Affiliate Marketing Strategist, the full-time remote position will develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio while managing relationships and analyzing performance data to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
• Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate programs, including partner recruitment and ongoing optimization
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and make data-backed recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven success in managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, and CJ
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite clients
• Strong analytical and project management skills to handle multiple client programs simultaneously
