Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations of the affiliate media channel, the full-time Affiliate Media Manager will oversee budget allocation, optimize vendor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to drive enrollment and revenue targets in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own budget allocation and campaign execution across the affiliate vendor portfolio, ensuring alignment with performance goals
- Direct external agency partners, setting priorities and performance expectations while managing the transition to in-house affiliate management
- Produce reporting outputs that translate affiliate channel performance into actionable insights for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of experience managing affiliate or performance media campaigns in an operational capacity
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPL, CPC, and fee-for-service structures
- Demonstrated ability to manage agency and vendor partners effectively
- Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, tracking, and performance optimization
