• Drive organic awareness and engagement through social impressions and affiliate-attributed site clicks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather voice-of-customer feedback and execute ongoing content strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting and managing tiered affiliate or influencer programs
• Deep understanding of incentive strategies for long-term affiliate engagement
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, customer experience, and public relations teams
• Highly organized and self-motivated with adaptability to evolving workflows
• Experience with content optimization and refreshing outdated assets
