Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Driving affiliate-sourced customer acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time remote Affiliate Partnerships Manager will own and scale the affiliate ecosystem by building relationships with affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance customer acquisition and revenue
• Identify and implement growth opportunities for the affiliate channel through recruitment, activation programs, and commission optimization
• Lead affiliate marketing campaigns and content collaborations to increase brand visibility and partner engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or growth marketing
• Proven experience in scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition strategies
• Experience in managing relationships with affiliates and strategic partners
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, or AWIN is a plus
