Affiliate Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing agency, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Specialist will manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, assist in recruiting and onboarding partners, and analyze campaign performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners while maintaining ongoing communication
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or similar networks
