Affiliate Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of strategic affiliate partnerships, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Specialist will manage affiliate marketing campaigns, assist in partner recruitment and relationship management, and analyze campaign performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliate partners while maintaining ongoing communication
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to analyze key metrics and identify optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or similar networks
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
