Affiliate Partnerships Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing agency, the full-time Affiliate Partnerships Specialist will manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, assist in recruiting and onboarding affiliate partners, and analyze campaign performance metrics, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts
- Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Monitor affiliate campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance updates for clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, or similar networks
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
