Affiliate Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the affiliate program for the EMEA region, the freelance Affiliate Program Coordinator will manage publisher recruitment, oversee program operations, and execute marketing initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full publisher recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, vetting, and onboarding new partners
• Monitor affiliate program performance metrics and serve as the primary contact for affiliate network inquiries
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and localization of assets for global program rollouts

Required qualifications

• Degree with strong academic performance and/or 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing affiliate programs and partners
• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Analytical skills to interpret data and produce actionable insights
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance
