Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Affiliate Program Coordinator will manage high-volume operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the creator program, enabling Affiliate Managers to focus on relationships and SKU activation.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle data entry and quality checks to prevent errors and maintain program efficiency
• Communicate proactively to identify and flag potential issues before they escalate
• Follow established processes while suggesting improvements to enhance operational workflows

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or program support roles
• High proficiency in English written communication with US-based teams and external creators
• Experience with CRM or database tools for data entry and record maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connectivity and availability aligned with US business hours
