Affiliate Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Affiliate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate and partner marketing programs, ensuring effective communication and relationship building with clients
• Develop strategic roadmaps to align affiliate initiatives with client goals and identify opportunities for program expansion
• Monitor program performance, analyze data for optimization, and lead reporting efforts to provide actionable insights for clients

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or client services setting
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or readiness for people leadership
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to create client-facing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Proactive self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a focus on solutions
