Affiliate Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the affiliate program, the full-time Affiliate Program Manager will engage in creative outreach strategies to recruit potential affiliates, measure program success against KPIs, and collaborate with various departments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies
• Create personalized strategies for existing affiliates' quarterly goals and targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required
• 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
• Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
• Strong technical aptitude to assist users with the software
• Familiarity with CRM systems and applications like Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms
