Job Summary
To drive affiliate program success, the full-time remote Affiliate Program Manager will engage in creative outreach strategies to recruit potential affiliates, measure growth against KPIs, and collaborate with various teams to enhance recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Measure success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies
- Create personalized strategies for existing affiliates' quarterly goals and targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience required
- 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
- Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
- Strong technical aptitude to assist users with HighLevel software
- Familiarity with CRM systems and applications such as Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms
