Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Relations Associate to support the recruitment and maintenance of a qualified affiliate behavioral health network.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified affiliate counselors and behavioral health professionals
• Verify contractor licenses and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for affiliates and manage professional relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service, preferably in healthcare
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Confidence conducting structured phone interviews
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
