Affiliate Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Relations Associate to support the recruitment and maintenance of a qualified affiliate behavioral health network.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, verify, document, and maintain a compliant affiliate behavioral health network
• Conduct phone screenings and ensure accurate documentation of affiliate information
• Serve as a point of contact for affiliate counselors and manage inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience in project administration, human resources, or customer service, preferably in healthcare
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Experience conducting structured phone interviews
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and timely
