Affiliate Revenue Manager

Job Summary

To drive revenue growth through high-impact partnerships and market expansion, the remote contract Affiliate Revenue Manager will reactivate dormant partnerships, build a TradFi affiliate vertical, and maintain strong relationships with key partners while analyzing performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Reactivate dormant affiliate partnerships and renegotiate terms for better rates and promotions
• Build and scale a TradFi affiliate vertical tailored to a growing trader audience
• Track and analyze performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and optimize partner portfolio

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, deal negotiation, and revenue optimization
• Proven track record with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
• Existing network of affiliate managers in crypto, brokers, or finance platforms, particularly in Japan, Indonesia, and CIS
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Awin, or similar
• Hands-on experience with ad operations, banner testing, and placement-level optimization
