Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Solutions Consultant for remote work in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist franchisees with the setup and integration of Brand programs and products
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues with franchise systems and programs
• Conduct functional walk-throughs of Brand systems to maximize franchisee tool utilization

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
• Strong technical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
