Affiliations Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support strategic workforce development initiatives, the full-time Affiliations Program Coordinator will manage academic partnerships, oversee student rotations, and analyze program performance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of affiliation agreements, ensuring collaboration between educational institutions and internal stakeholders
• Administer student placements and rotation workflows, providing support and training on platform utilization
• Develop and maintain reports and performance metrics related to affiliations and student placements to drive data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, contract administration, or healthcare operations
• Experience managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, Lean, or Six Sigma
