Affordable Housing Development Associate

Job Summary

Supporting Regional Project Partners in advancing affordable housing developments, the full-time Associate/Senior Associate will manage project analysis, coordinate financing applications, and track development timelines in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare initial analyses of potential development opportunities and track approval timelines
• Coordinate and prepare financing applications for various funding sources, ensuring compliance and timely submissions
• Manage project budgets and construction progress while maintaining accurate reporting in internal systems

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience for Associate level or 5-7 years for Senior Associate level in real estate transactions or development
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal program, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools for project analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated experience in supporting real estate closings and coordinating legal documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
