Job Summary
To support urgent travel needs outside of business hours, the part-time After Hours Air Customer Service Agent will process air travel arrangements, provide customer service to cruise guests, and manage hotel and ground transportation logistics, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Processes urgent air travel for shipboard officers, crew, and guests during after-hours disruptions
- Provides customer support for travel-related issues and assists with flight arrangements
- Administers hotel and ground transportation arrangements, including communication of necessary logistics
Required qualifications
- Three years of related experience in a travel agency, airline, or wholesale travel agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of the Sabre airline reservations system
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
