Job Summary

A company is looking for an Answering Service Specialist | After Hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls after-hours for all sites promptly and with exceptional quality
  • Triage calls and document patient requests, recommending appropriate actions for on-call physicians
  • Maintain production requirements by managing off-phone work and wrapping up after-hours calls efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least five (5) years of customer service experience
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or call center setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Proficient in using computer software and database systems
