A company is looking for an Answering Service Specialist | After Hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls after-hours for all sites promptly and with exceptional quality
- Triage calls and document patient requests, recommending appropriate actions for on-call physicians
- Maintain production requirements by managing off-phone work and wrapping up after-hours calls efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- At least five (5) years of customer service experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or call center setting
- Advanced knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Proficient in using computer software and database systems
