Job Summary

A company is looking for an Answering Service Specialist | After Hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls after-hours for all sites promptly and with exceptional quality
  • Assist physicians during off-hours to ensure a superior patient experience
  • Triage calls, document patient requests, and recommend appropriate actions for on-call physicians
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least five (5) years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a healthcare or call center setting
  • Advanced knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Proficient in using remote collaboration tools and maintaining HIPAA compliance
