Job Summary

Empathetic and solutions-oriented, the full-time After Hours Care Specialist will support families via phone, email, and chat by navigating care solutions and providing crisis resources during evenings and weekends in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy and professionalism
  • Guide members to mental health resources and provide critical support for urgent situations
  • Verify member eligibility and document interactions accurately within the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in customer/client service, preferably in a human services field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Open to continuous coaching and development
