Job Summary

Providing expert assistance in a remote environment, the full-time After Hours Care Specialist will deliver exceptional member experiences by conducting needs assessments and connecting members to relevant resources across phone, web, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by answering inbound calls and assessing member needs
• Educate members on various topics and connect them with appropriate resources, including crisis support
• Document requests and verify member eligibility while adhering to performance metrics to ensure high satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2-4+ years of experience in human services or related fields, such as social work or public health
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
