Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate solutions and guidance
  • Support third-party answering service and assist with internal inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, escalate and resolve complex issues promptly

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in scheduling preferred
