After Hours Facility Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing urgent repair and maintenance needs during afterhours periods, the full-time After Hours Facility Manager will manage and dispatch service tickets, provide updates to clients, and support the management team in maintaining service standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and dispatch high-priority work orders during afterhours shifts, ensuring timely assignment and adherence to client service level agreements
• Source vendors nationwide to fulfill work order needs and provide updates to internal teams and clients regarding work order status
• Supervise Afterhours team members, including timecard review and performance discussions, while participating in the escalation management rotation

Required qualifications

• Degree with three years' experience in Project Management or equivalent training and experience
• Basic skills in a work management system and proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in managing service operations and vendor relationships
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a remote setting
