Job Summary
Overseeing urgent repair and maintenance needs during afterhours periods, the full-time After Hours Facility Manager will manage and dispatch service tickets, provide updates to clients, and support the management team in maintaining service standards, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Accept and dispatch high-priority work orders during afterhours shifts, ensuring timely assignment and adherence to client service level agreements
- Source vendors nationwide to fulfill work order needs and provide updates to internal teams and clients regarding work order status
- Supervise Afterhours team members, including timecard review and performance discussions, while participating in the escalation management rotation
Required qualifications
- Degree with three years' experience in Project Management or equivalent training and experience
- Basic skills in a work management system and proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in managing service operations and vendor relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a remote setting
