Job Summary

Working remotely on weekends from 4pm to 12am PST, the After-Hours Healthcare Staffing Coordinator will manage real-time hospital scheduling and staffing needs, serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, and coordinate with internal and external staffing partners to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real-time hospital scheduling and staffing needs during after-hours operations
• Serve as the primary contact for MSP healthcare escalations, including urgent staffing shortages and vendor-related issues
• Handle high-volume communications and document all scheduling activities and resolutions accurately

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
