Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls, address client issues, incidents, and service requests
  • Field incoming help requests from clients via phone, email, & ITSM ticketing system
  • Perform scripted solutions, document incidents, and review/triage monitoring event alarms

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a support role within a Managed Services Provider
  • Experience with virtual desktop instances, printers, mobile phone devices, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Minimum certifications in A+, Network+, Server+, Security+
  • Strong technical background in various technologies like VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, Veeam backups, etc
