Job Summary
Working part-time on Friday nights from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM EST, the After Hours Support Specialist will manage incoming calls from caregivers, clients, and professionals, addressing inquiries and issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer calls from caregivers, clients, and potential clients
- Calmly handle inquiries and resolve issues that arise during the overnight shift
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills while multitasking effectively
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care, or human services
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Prior experience in a remote working environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Must reside within commuting distance of designated office locations for occasional training and events
