Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours Travel Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and provide consultative support in accordance with travel policy guidelines
• Maintain and monitor reservations, ensuring accuracy and quality control before ticketing

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2-4 years of travel counselor experience or equivalent travel industry experience is required for external applicants
• Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other booking tools
• Strong working knowledge of travel documentation requirements and basic international travel
• Ability to maintain productivity goals as set by leadership
